30 Day Challenge " Meat & Water"
Today marks the beginning of a new journey for me. For the next thirty days, I will be eating nothing but meat and drinking water. Before I get into the details, let me share a bit of the backstory.
As the creator of Hustle Over Talent, my goal is to help people in various areas of their lives. One area that people often struggle with is accountability. We all have things we want to achieve or habits we want to break, but it can be tough to hold ourselves accountable and stay on track.
So, I decided to put myself to the test and hold myself accountable by embarking on this thirty-day journey of only eating meat and drinking water. I was inspired by a video I saw of Jordan Peterson, who talked about the benefits he experienced from following a similar diet.
Rather than spending days researching the pros and cons of this type of diet, I jumped right in. But, I knew that in order to hold myself accountable and to inspire others to do the same, I needed to document my journey.
That's why I have decided to do a daily video diary for the next thirty days. Every morning and night, I will record a video and share my experience, ups and downs, and overall how I am feeling throughout the process. You can find these videos on YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
I hope that by sharing my journey with you, I can inspire you to hold yourself accountable in your own life. We all have things we want to achieve, and sometimes all it takes is a little bit of discipline and accountability to make it happen.
I am excited to see how this will affect my mental and physical health. I am hoping to experience mental clarity, increased energy levels, and improved digestion. I know that this journey will not be easy, but I am ready for the challenge.
One thing I want to make clear is that this diet is not for everyone. I am not suggesting that everyone should follow this diet, but I do believe that we can all benefit from challenging ourselves and stepping outside of our comfort zones.
